Led Zep Loses First Round of "Stairway" Lawsuit

I've always been a huge fan of Zep. But I was unaware
to the extent of their taking parts of other artists' songs
and claiming the authorship entirely to themselves.
I've lost some respect for them. They're still great tho.

Did you watch the discussion on Fox's Red Eye? One pundit goofs and calls Jimmy Page "Jimmy Plant." ehe The jury clearly didn't know a Zeppelin from a Zuchini. eh Otherwise, they would have ruled in favor of Spirit. Zep has a history of embellishment. Ultimately, Zep was far stronger musically than lyrically.
