I was watching this on TV. I am shocked to see Stones at 4, wondering
who will come in 2nd. And then I see Led Zeppelin. Then I wonder who
the hell is #2 and guess what it was Michael Jackson (current
sentiments?).

When have the Beatles ever NOT have been in the #1 place in any
"Greatest" poll relating to music?

Whoever comes after them in the #2 position is 300 million miles
behind them anyway.

It's VIDEO channel list.

It's dominated by artists who made popular VIDEOS.

I'm a little surprised the Dead didn't make it to the list, since they
had at least one popular VIDEO ("Touch of Grey").

Seen any VIDEOS by Yes, DP, Tull, or ELP on MTV, VH-1, VH-1 Classic,
or ANYWHERE? EVER?

How did Curtis Mayfield and all those seventies funk acts get on it
then?
